The house is located in a privileged environment, Arenys de Mar and in the center of the town full of life, with its shops, leisure areas, terraces to taste a wonderful Sangria, and a varied gastronomy at very affordable prices.
Arenys de Mar beach is a five-minute walk away. You can also go by vehicle (free PK) full of beach bars where you can have lunch, dinner and drinks.
The supermarkets are a five-minute walk from the house, with a variety of products to be able to cook our wonderful internationally known Mediterranean diet at home, or the favorite food of your country.
HOW TO MOVE:
The urban center of Arenys de Mar is located 40 km from Barcelona. There is very good communication, either by the N-II highway or the C-32 highway. The commuter train (line C-1) covers the journey to Plaza de Cataluña in 50 minutes. The C-61 road maintains communications inland, through Collsacreu, with the A-7 motorway (exit Sant Celoni). The Montseny massif is very close and the Corredor-Montnegre Natural Park is just a few kilometers away. Girona is 60 km away and Montserrat is one hour away. Barcelona airport is 56 km away and Girona – Costa Brava airport 40 km away.
During the summer, trains run every 15 minutes, in less than an hour you are in the city center of Barcelona via the coastal train.
