We present this wonderful property entirely of wood, built by a Finnish architect. The wooden house is of a superior quality and makes it very warm in winter and very cool in summer.
The house is distributed on two floors. On the main floor it provides a double room with an exterior window to the back of the house. And another room where we find the sauna, with a bath and shower. Then we move on to the living room with a panoramic window that allows us to enjoy the fabulous views from the sofa. The kitchen-office, spacious and bright, communicates with the living room and is fully equipped with appliances, household items and an extendable table for 10 people.
On the second floor, we find the 4 bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub. This floor of the house has a terrace that surrounds the house.

Kitchen office: prepared for 10 people.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed on the ground floor.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed. Measurement: 1.50 wide.
Room 3: 4 single beds. Measurement: 0.90 width each.
Room 4: 1 double bed. Measurement: 1.35 each.
Room 5: 1 double bed. Measurement: 1.35 each.
We have 1 extra individual folding bed, that can be placed in any room since the space allows it. Measurement 0.90 wide.
Bathrooms: 2 fully equipped one with shower and sauna and one with bathtub.
Private garden and swimming pool, terrace and barbecue.
Towels and sheets included in the rental price.


ENVIRONMENTAL DESCRIPTION:
 
The villa is located in a calm street surrounded by nature, where you can park your vehicle comfortably in front of the house, and peacefully. And very close to the beach.
 
The town of Argentona is located in the middle part of the Maresme region, 33 km NE of Barcelona and 4 km from the city of Mataró. Highlights of this location are the many mountains and streams that flow into the river of Argentona, such as the Riudemeia stream, the Clará stream, among others ...
 
Due to its unbeatable location, it allows you to do tourism both in Barcelona capital and on the Costa Brava. You can comfortably travel to Barcelona centre by car (33 km) or visit the famous beaches and coves of the Costa Brava located at 35 KM.
