Canet de Mar is located in Maresme region, 40 kilometre North-East from Barcelona and South from Girona, via C-32 motorway or N-II road.
With a 14,000 population, Canet offers both residents and visitors a municipality open to the sea as well as being surrounded by hills, a beautiful contrast of blues and greens, a place to enjoy clear water and quite beaches as well as hill walking or mountain biking.
