We present this fabulous and wonderful farmhouse dating from 1900. Facing South, with a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the tranquility, or simply with a good book, and listening to the birds sing.There is a private pool, very comfortable, the farmhouse is very close to the sea and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with charm and a lot of detail. It has heating and a privileged environment.
 
The farmhouse is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with fireplace and kitchen, all of it facing the garden. Fully equipped with appliances and household items. It has a room with two single beds and a full bathroom with a shower, also there is a barbecue area.
 
On the first floor we find five rooms, four of them with double beds and one room with a bunk bed with two beds. Three full bathrooms with a shower tray.
 
A place that will not leave you indifferent, you can enjoy the swimming pool, the beach located 1 km away, the mountain, and where you can enjoy quality and cultural tourism with your family! A place where time will stand still!
 
The accommodation is located on the outskirts of the town of Canet de Mar, a small and very quiet Catalan village where you can breathe a great passion for nature, as it is surrounded by Montnegre and the ideal corridor for hiking trails and mountain biking.
